Diagnose, rebuild and calibrate hydraulic, mechanical and electronic systems.
Manual transmissions and transaxles
Repair gears, shafts, bearings, synchronizers and shift systems.
Driveline and axles
Service driveshafts, differentials, transfer cases and final drives.
Electronic controls
Trace sensor, solenoid, module, network and software-related faults.
Hybrid and electric drive units
Work on integrated transaxles and high-voltage propulsion components with appropriate qualification.
Remanufacturing
Build repeatable production-quality units using controlled inspection and testing.
Performance and specialty applications
Configure transmissions for towing, motorsport or unusual duty within safe specifications.
Technical leadership
Advance into diagnosis, quality control, training, shop management or ownership.
